President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja on a trip to France on Monday.
This was disclosed in a state house press statement on Sunday, by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on media on publicity.
The statement however did not disclose the reason for the trip. The president he noted will return to the country after his brief work stay in France.
“President Bola Tinubu will embark on a trip to France on Monday, August 19, departing from Abuja, the nation’s capital.
“The President will return to the country after his brief work stay in France.”
The trip is coming barely 3 days after the president had departed Nigeria to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea on a three-day official visit to honour the invitation of President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.
During the visit, Tinubu had met with the Equatorial Guinea president at the presidential Villa on arrival, where the two leaders had signed an agreement on oil, gas, and security.
