Less than 24 hours after the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prince Bassey Out, announced the appointment of 38 Special Advisers, 45 more appointments emerged in the public space through a press release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Emmanuel Ogbeche, on March 5, 2024.
