APC Pegs Chairmanship Form At N25m As Ebonyi Prepares For Council Polls

The ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) has pegged the forms for local government chairmanship election at N25 million and that of councilor at N210,000.

The party’s chairman in the state, Stanley Emegha, announced this in a statement in Abakaliki, the state capital.

He said the Expression of Interest form for the chairmanship position will cost N5 million while the Nomination Form will cost N20 million.

Emegha said the party had put everything in place to make sure the party comes out victorious in the election, adding that APC has performed well and won the people’s hearts.

The party’s secretariat has been hosting many aspirants who have been trooping to buy the forms for the election slated to hold on July 20.
