Member representing Bakassi State Constituency, Hon. Eyo Bassey has been announced Chairman, House Committee on Power. The announcement of Chairmen of Statutory Committes was done by the Cross River State House of Assembly Speaker, Hon. Elvert Ayambem, during a plenary on June 20.

Cyril Omini. Transport and marine services, Hon. Egbe Abeng Petroleum, Gas, and solid minerals development, Hon. Effiong Ekarika. Works and Infrastructure, Hon. Francis Ogban. Lands and Housing, Hon. Stanley Nsemo. Commerce, Industry, and Privatization, Hon. Agbor Ovat. Education, Hon. Bassey Bassey. Culture, Tourism and event management, Hon. Victor Nsa. Youths and sports development, Hon.
